Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to compliance? At Maasdam Data Centers, we ensure that our operations across Germany, the Netherlands, and France meet the highest compliance standards. To support our growth, we are looking for a People Compliance Document Controller to oversee and manage workforce-related compliance documentation. This role is based at our headquarters in Waddinxveen, with flexible working hours and the option to work between 3 to 5 days per week. The People Compliance Document Controller ensures that all compliance-related documentation is properly secured, verified, and stored in our ACC (IT) system. You will play a key role in tracking and implementing compliance obligations, liaising with subcontractors, staffing agencies, and internal teams to maintain full compliance with employment regulations across our business unit locations. This includes ensuring timely submission of work permits, subcontractor agreements, certifications, and A1-certificates, as well as overseeing compliance in workforce-related contracts. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing documentation gaps, mitigating misclassification risks related to subcontractors and freelancers, and acting as the main executor of compliance-related processes. Your structured approach and attention to detail will ensure that reporting obligations and document tracking are completed correctly and on time.

  • Are structured and enjoy working in an organized manner.
  • Are persistent and not afraid to follow up with people to ensure documentation is completed on time.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Have experience with workforce-related compliance documentation (a plus, but not strictly required – if you believe you can learn it, so do we).
  • Have a good command of English (Polish is a strong plus, and French is a secondary advantage). Dutch is not required.
  • Are comfortable working with IT systems and learning to navigate digital document management tools.
